"Consistent Mistakes in My Experience..."
I kept getting the wrong info. There were multiple mistakes that needed fixing. It took ages—two months, and I'm still being asked for paperwork that I already submitted. I had to resend documents over and over. It felt pretty chaotic. The person I dealt with appeared to be new and didn’t seem to know much. On the bright side, the notary was fast, courteous, and did a great job.

"I got my refinance loan approved, but they wouldn't send me the hard copy docs!"
I applied for a refinance loan and it was approved by PenFed. They sent me some documents to sign, which I notarized and returned. However, I couldn't access Docusign because it wouldn't let me open their new documents. It kept throwing an "Error: cannot open document" message. I mentioned this to Liam Bennett over and over again. I also asked him and Kari, my assigned contact, to send me the documents via UPS. But the Loan Processing center just kept sending me stuff through DocuSign. I called both of them countless times, but nothing changed. I felt like I was being passed around without anyone actually helping me. Seriously, what happens if someone doesn’t have a computer? How tough would it have been to just send me a hard copy of the loan documents to sign and send back? After a whole month of phone calls, voicemails, and zero callbacks, I finally gave up and went with another company. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for refinancing. Avoid these folks at all costs. They pulled my credit and messed with my credit points without any results. I have great credit, but these people just wouldn’t help me sort this out.

Not long ago, I received a voicemail from an employee named Jeff who mentioned I was eligible for a loan. However, when I dialed his number, I ended up speaking to another staff member called 'Hassan.' He informed me that I didn’t meet the minimum debt requirement of 10k. I was still explaining my situation when he abruptly hung up on me.

"Refinancing Experience with Auto-Approve"
I went through the refinancing process with Auto-Approve back in April 2022, and then the servicing got handed over to Veridian Credit Union. The problem is, Auto-Approve didn’t send the Title over to Veridian, which I found out only after moving from Hawaii back to the mainland in mid-November 2022. Because of this mix-up, I haven’t been able to ship my car for over two months now, and the latest word is that they can’t produce the title for another 30 business days, which is about two months. If I finally get to ship it then, I’ll still be looking at the usual 4-8 weeks to get my car. This whole situation means I could be without my vehicle for almost 6 months, all because of a simple clerical error.

I got a letter in the mail about this company, so I decided to check them out. Every five-star review seems to have a particular name attached, and they all rave about how fantastic they are. It feels like they’re pushing out fake reviews to boost their image. Don’t trust everything you come across!
